 Janie is a fantastic agent! By far the most attentive and knowledgeable agent I have ever used. Due to the current market climate(Feb 2022) Janie possessed the knowledge to list our home on a Thursday and host an open house on the following Sunday in order to keep our house on the market as few days as possible but also create a sense of urgency for buyers knowing that they only had until Sunday to put in their best offer. This is just one example of how she used her expertise to get us the best possible offer for our home. We honestly were on the fence about listing our house and Janie was patient with us after we had already contacted her.
