Leslie Zeanah

  This is my second time working with Leslie Zeanah in a 3.5 year span and she has been an excellent resource and guide throughout the home sale/purchase process. As a first-time homebuyer almost four years ago, she answered my questions with patience and gave me realistic expectations. This time around as not only a buyer but also a seller, she had to navigate around a more complex family schedule but handled it with ease. The pandemic has lended its hand to a very strange real estate market and Leslie was able “to keep the train on the tracks” and offer a plan B that was just as good if not better than the original plan. Leslie is kind, hard-working, and tenacious—a true subject matter expert when it comes to all things real estate.  

Seriously -- look no further -- you found your agent! In 20 plus years of military service, I have NEVER worked with anyone better than Leslie, or who even came remotely close. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and one of the savviest negotiators I have ever met.  Not only that, she was lockstep with me the whole time -- that's how well she knew understood my own requirements and constraints.  I highly, highly, highly recommend working with Leslie for your real estate purchase!  

  I cannot possibly rate Leslie as highly as she deserves - from start-to-finish, she is hands-down the best realtor in Montgomery! We were moving from out of state and had only a day and a half to visit homes; Leslie had a schedule and all pertinent information on each house planned out to maximize our time, and worked tirelessly to get us in to re-visit a couple of our favorites. After two offers fell through for reasons out of our hands, she continued to search for our next home, providing real-time video walkthroughs of other properties.   Once negotiations began on the house we ended up purchasing, Leslie adeptly got us the best possible price, with the closing date we needed. She really worked for us as the buyer, providing us constant updates on the process, follow-up after purchase, and kept us apprised of any issues. Not only is Leslie a rock-star realtor, she is a phenomenal person - I'm so fortunate we were referred to her and would refer her to anyone looking for the best real estate professional in Montgomery!  

  Leslie was really easy to work with and went above and beyond to make my first house a smooth and easy process. She is very understanding of the market and always makes herself available. 10/10 recommend.
